    Die drei Geb\u00e4ude der T\u00dcV S\u00fcd Zentrale \u2013 B\u00fcrohaus, Laborgeb\u00e4ude und Pr\u00fcfstelle \u2013 befinden sich am Rand eines Industriegebiets. Leitidee des Entwurfs ist die Verzahnung von Landschaft und urbanem Raum. Diese zeigt sich in Form gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger, begr\u00fcnter Fugen zwischen den Bauk\u00f6rpern, die sowohl gestalterisch als auch funktional als verbindende Elemente wirken. Obwohl die Geb\u00e4ude unabh\u00e4ngig voneinander nutzbar sind, stehen sie durch ein gemeinsames, begr\u00fcntes Landschaftsdach in einem architektonischen Zusammenhang. Dieses Dach sowie die gr\u00fcnen Zwischenr\u00e4ume schaffen Aufenthaltsqualit\u00e4ten mit hoher Freiraumqualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende und Besucher:innen.<\/p>

    Im Inneren bildet eine zentrale Treppenanlage das kommunikative Herzst\u00fcck des Projekts. Sie verbindet den Speisebereich im Erdgeschoss mit der dar\u00fcber liegenden Besprechungszone sowie einer gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Dachterrasse. Diese r\u00e4umliche Abfolge f\u00f6rdert spontane Begegnungen und den informellen Austausch. Die Grundrisse der Obergeschosse sind flexibel gestaltbar. Kommunikationszonen und allgemeine Aufenthaltsbereiche sind als biomorphe Pflanzinseln ausgeformt, um das Wohlbefinden der Nutzer:innen zu f\u00f6rdern und eine inspirierende Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen.<\/p>

    Die Geb\u00e4ude sind in Holzskelettbauweise mit Holz-Lehm-Verbunddecken konzipiert. Auch der Innenausbau soll weitgehend mit wiederverwendbaren Materialien aus Holz und Lehm erfolgen.
